How does the Terrasil Subscribe & Save program work?
Subscribe & Save makes it easy to keep your favorite products on hand while saving money on automatic. Here’s how you can get auto-delivery:
- Go to the product that you want.
- Select the "Subscribe & Save" button on eligible product pages.
- Choose your delivery schedule: every 1, 2, or 3 months.
- Select your desired quantity and add to cart.
- Check out as normal - you'll receive an email confirmation with details and access to your subscription control panel.
- You'll save 10% or more on every recurring order, with the convenience of "set it and forget it"!

How do I change or stop my delivery schedule?
Simply sign into your Aidance account and click Manage Subscriptions. You can adjust your delivery frequency, pause shipments, or cancel at any time.

How do I update my shipping address or payment method?
Log into your Aidance account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and update your details in just a few clicks.

Are all Terrasil products available for Subscribe & Save?
Currently, only select products are eligible, but we’re adding more on a regular basis. Check back often to see what’s new!

Can I use coupons with my Subscribe & Save orders?
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes. If you’d like to use a coupon, we recommend placing a separate one-time order.

Is Subscribe & Save available outside the U.S.?
Subscribe & Save is currently available only to customers with U.S. shipping addresses (select items may be limited to the 48 contiguous states).
