Often, shipping options are the last thing you think about when buying online. Inevitably, a few questions arise when you're asked to select a shipping method:

"How long is this going to take? Who's delivering it? How much more do I have to spend?"

You might also be wondering if you can take advantage of some of the promo codes and specials we offer. It's a lot to consider, and selecting the best shipping method for you, while also getting the best deal isn't always as easy as it sounds.

Shipping Methods Explained


When you reach the final phase of checkout, you'll be confronted with some options. Below are the explanations and standard costs of those shipping methods:



$5.99 - Domestic Saver Shipping (3-9 business days)

Ships via DHL from our manufacturing facility M-F. Given over to USPS for final delivery once it gets near your local post office and left in your mailbox, P.O. box, or on your property (for large packages) by your regular mail carrier. If ordering on a Monday, before 2:00 PM, it can arrive any time between Thursday of that week and Friday of the following week. If ordering on a Friday, before 2:00 PM it can arrive any time between Wednesday of the following week and Thursday the week after that .



$6.99 - US Mail - First Class (2-5 business days)

Ships via the United States Postal Service from our manufacturing facility M-F. Can be left in your mailbox, P.O. box, or on your property (for large packages) by your regular mail carrier. If ordering on a Monday, before 2:00 PM, it can arrive any time between Wednesday of that week and Monday of the following week. If ordering on a Friday, before 2:00 PM, it can arrive any time between Tuesday and Friday of the following week.



$10.99 - US Mail - Priority: (2-4 business days)

Ships via the United States Postal Service from our manufacturing facility M-F. Can be left in your mailbox, P.O. box, or on your property (for large packages) by your regular mail carrier. Is handled and processed faster (i.e. with priority) over First Class mail. If ordering on a Monday, before 2:00 PM, it can arrive any time between Wednesday and Friday of that week. If ordering on a Friday, before 2:00 PM, it can arrive any time between Tuesday and Thursday of the following week.



$16.99 - FedEx 2-Day: ( 2 business days)

Ships via FedEx from our manufacturing facility M-F. Can only be left on your property or at your door; cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Last deliveries are made at 8:00 PM, local time. If ordering on a Monday, before 2:00 PM, it will arrive on Wednesday. If ordering on a Thursday, before 2:00 PM, it will arrive Monday of the following week. If ordering on a Friday, before 2:00 PM, it will arrive Tuesday of the following week.



$23.99 - FedEx Overnight : (Next business day)

Ships via FedEx from our manufacturing facility M-F. Can only be left on your property or at your door; cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Last deliveries are made at 8:00 PM, local time. If ordering on a Monday, before 2:00 PM, it will arrive on Tuesday. If ordering on a Friday, before 2:00 PM, it will arrive Monday of the following week.



$44.99 - FedEx Sat Overnight : (Orders placed by 2pm ET Friday)

You should only select this option if you are ordering before 2:00 PM ET on Friday. Ships via FedEx from our manufacturing facility on Friday only. Can only be left on your property or at your door; cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Will arrive on Saturday by 1:30 PM local time. Note: FedEx Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. If FedEx Saturday delivery is not available in your area, you will receive the order by regular Overnight service on Monday and be refunded for the difference.



Note: Prices are in US Dollars and times are ET. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM ET to ship out the same day. To protect our customers, Aidance Scientific retains the right to verify payment information prior to shipping large orders.



Promo Codes

One way we try to save our customers money is by offering various promotional codes for larger quantity and higher-priced orders. Most of these codes can be found regularly at http://www.aidanceproducts.com/specials.



All promo codes are entered in your shopping cart, before you begin entering your information. Look for this field:

Freeshipping


Requirements: Cart totals at least $60 or more (before shipping charges)
Benefits: Grants free Domestic Saver Shipping and discounts other shipping methods.
Domestic Saver Shipping - $0.00
First Class Mail - $0.99
Priority Mail - $4.99
FedEx 2-Day - $13.99
FedEx Overnight - $17.99
Restrictions: Domestic U.S. orders only. Can be combined with other codes if allowed, but the subtotal must remain above $60 after other offers are applied. If the subtotal drops below $60, regular shipping rates will be offered, even if the Freeshipping code is accepted on your cart. Does not discount FedEx Saturday Overnight.



FreeFedEx


Requirements: Cart totals at least $100 or more (before shipping charges)
Benefits: Grants free FedEx 2-day shipping.
Restrictions: Domestic U.S. orders only.Can be combined with other codes if allowed, but the subtotal must remain above $100 after other offers are applied. If the subtotal drops below $100, regular shipping rates will be offered, even if the FreeFedEx code is accepted on your cart. Does not discount FedEx Overnight or Saturday Overnight.



Buy2Get1


Requirements:Cart must contain at least 3 items of any kind.
Benefits: Discounts lowest priced item in any group of 3 items to $0.
Restrictions: Can be combined with other codes if allowed. Can be used multiple times in the same order for up to 12 products, or 8 at full price with 4 free. Discount is subtracted automatically, as products are separated into price groups. For example, if you have 3 products at $24, 3 products at $15, and 3 products at $7.95, you will not receive all three $7.95 products for free. You will get one $24, $15, and one $7.95 product for free. When making a return, all three products must be returned for full value.



Buy2ShipFree


Requirements: Cart must contain at least 2 items of any kind.
Benefits:Grants free Domestic Saver Shipping.
Restrictions: Domestic U.S. orders only. No price minimum. Cannot be combined with any other offers, including Buy2Get1 . Does not discount other methods of shipping.




Which promo code should I use?



We often have customers call in and ask us how to arrange orders so that they can use our promo codes most effectively. Here are some common scenarios and the best promo code combinations for the value.



Q: I'm purchasing one, two, or three items totaling at least $60

A: Use FreeShipping. This will grant you free Domestic Saver Shipping and discount our other shipping methods. If you have three items, or have two and would like to add another item for free, you can use Buy2Get1 because it will stack with FreeShipping .



Q: I'm purchasing one, two, or three items totaling at least $100

A: Use FreeFedEx for faster shipments or FreeShipping if you're OK with Domestic Saver. If you have three items, or have two and would like to add another item for free, you can use Buy2Get1 because it will stack with FreeFedEx .



Q: I'm purchasing two items that do not total at least $60

A: Use Buy2ShipFree. This will grant you free Domestic Saver Shipping.



Q: Using Buy2Get1 puts me under $60, so I can't use Freeshipping

A: This is one we get a lot. You can either choose to continue using Buy2Get1 and pay the shipping cost, which is generally less than the price of that third product, or you can delete the third product and use Buy2ShipFree to get free Domestic Saver Shipping.



Q: Using Buy2Get1 puts me under $100, so I can't use FreeFedEx

A: Use Freeshipping and either select the free Domestic Saver Option, or pay the reduced shipping cost for the method of your choosing, which is generally less than the price of that third product.

UK and EU Orders

Orders being shipped within the UK or the EU are fulfilled by our distribution center in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Standard delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail (without tracking), and expedited delivery by FedEx.


We ship all orders within 24 hours on working days (unless otherwise posted on the website.) Depending on the shipping method you choose and where you live, delivery times will vary. 


$10.99 USD - Royal Mail: (UK 1-2 working days, EU 3-5 working days)

Delivery times when shipping internationally via Royal Mail (UK) can vary greatly depending on the destination country and its Customs procedures. Postal strikes in destination countries can also adversely impact deliveries. Royal Mail shipped to UK destinations should arrive within 1-3 days. Royal Mail shipped to other EU countries should arrive within 2-5 days. No tracking number is provided for shipments by Royal Mail


$32.95 USD - FedEx: (1-6 working days)

Delivery times when shipping internationally via FedEx (from our UK distribution center) can vary depending on the destination country and its Customs procedures. Barring any customs delays, the delivery window should be 1 to 6 days. FedEx typically requires a working telephone number in order to properly deliver packages, should any issues arise.

Note: To protect our customers, Aidance Skincare retains the right to verify payment information prior to shipping large orders.


International Shipments outside the UK and EU



$10.99 USD - USPS Air Mail: (1-3 weeks)

Ships via USPS from our U.S. manufacturing facility. Delivery times when shipping internationally via USPS can vary greatly depending on the destination country and its Customs procedures. Shipments from the U.S. to Canada can be fairly quick if not delayed in Customs. Postal strikes in destination countries can also adversely impact deliveries. International orders shipped via US mail should arrive between 5-15 business days. Tracking will be generated and can be tracked at the USPS website, but occasionally will not update past the port of exit in the United States. Depending on the destination, the final delivery may be made by local postal services or a courier service in the destination country. Occasionally, an order may be held in customs, at which point, it is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for pickup and release.


$23.99 USD - USPS International Priority: (1-2 weeks)

Ships via USPS from our U.S. manufacturing facility. Delivery times when shipping internationally via USPS can vary greatly depending on the destination country and its Customs procedures. Shipments from the U.S. to Canada can be fairly quick if not delayed in Customs. Postal strikes in destination countries can also adversely impact deliveries. $77.99 USD - FedEx International: (2-6 business days)

Ships via FedEx from our U.S. manufacturing facility M-F. Delivery times when shipping internationally via FedEx (from our US distribution centers) can vary depending on the destination country and its Customs procedures. Barring any customs delays, the delivery window should be 2 to 5 days. FedEx typically requires a working telephone number in order to properly deliver packages, should any issues arise. Tracking will be generated when the order ships and can be tracked on the FedEx website.

Promo Codes


At this point, the only regular promo code that is available outside the U.S. is Buy2Get1. Any promo codes involving free or discounted shipping are not applicable to international orders.


Buy2Get1


Requirements: Cart must contain at least 3 items of any kind.
Benefits: Discounts lowest priced item in any group of 3 items to $0.
Restrictions: Can be combined with other codes if allowed. Can be used multiple times in the same order for up to 12 products, or 8 at full price with 4 free. Can you ship to U.S. Armed Services bases?

Yes. Aidance Skincare ships to U.S. Armed Services bases but only through USPS. FedEx does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Military designated addresses, APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) allow mail to be delivered to overseas military locations. APO addresses are associated with US Army or Air Force installations. FPO addresses are associated with US Navy installations and ships in the United States.

To designate your shipping information as a military address, select "United States" under the Country drop-down menu, then select either "AA" (Armed Forces America), "AE" (Armed Forces Europe), or "AP" (Armed Forces Pacific) from the Choose a State drop-down menu. You must also enter your zip code.

Note: Each country has its own import restrictions. Some items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. You must be aware of any such restrictions for the region in which you are stationed. We have not had any issues yet with Aidance products.

Can FedEx deliver to my Post Office Box (POB)?

No. FedEx deliveries require a street or building address.

How do I track my order?

If you provided an email address at the time of checkout, a tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped. Unfortunately, international air letter post does not include a tracking feature. You may use the Customs Declaration number provided in your confirmation email to check with your local post office and customs office. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, email customer service and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Special Shipping Concerns

  • If we have exchanged a product for you and shipped the new product for free, we reserve the right to deduct this shipping & handling amount from the refund if the exchanged product is also returned. 
  • We do not refund FedEx shipping fees for items that are claimed as “not received,” if official FedEx tracking shows that the package was delivered. In these cases, a claim may be filed with FedEx. 
  • If you have made an error in your checkout information, such as the incorrect shipping information, and fail to receive the product, we will not provide a free re-ship of your purchase.

I am outside the U.S.- are there import or Customs issues?

Customs offices very rarely refuse our shipments. We do our best to meet general documentation requirements. However, it is possible that certain countries might require additional documentation from you. Such a document is your responsibility. Aidance Skincare is not responsible for product being impounded due to customs issues beyond U.S. borders. Order refunds, less shipping and handling, will only be given if the product is returned to Aidance Skincare. For those who have concerns about customs delays in their countries, we recommend choosing the International FedEx delivery option and making sure to provide your telephone number on the Checkout page.

I entered the wrong shipping address - can you change it?

If your order has not already shipped, your shipping address information can be changed. To change an incorrect shipping address, email customer service with your order information, name and address correction. If the shipping address you entered is different from your billing address, you will need to speak to Customer Service over the phone to confirm the authenticity of the change. This is for your protection. If your order has already shipped, the order will need to be returned and then re-shipped.

Unfortunately, if you provided inaccurate shipping information at checkut, and fail to receive the product, we will not provide a free re-ship of your purchase.

How is this packaged for shipping? Is it discreet?

The only identifying information on the outside package is the company name “Aidance Skincare” on the address label. There are absolutely no markings indicating contents or use. The packing slip inside the box lists only the product name and other order information; never product use.
