Turmeric is a key spice in many ethnic dishes, including Indian and Thai. For good reason, too! Not only does it have a strong, distinguished taste, but it has incredible medicinal benefits. Turmeric is a true super spice.

So, how can you incorporate this super spice into your diet? For starters, add it to your favorite dishes (stir fry, roasted veggies, meat, soups, and more). You can also drink turmeric as a tea (you may want to add honey or lemon to improve the taste!)

If you do not cook much, there are turmeric supplements available, too.

The next time you are at your local grocery store, head on down the spices aisle. It may be a good idea to pick up some turmeric and start experimenting with its flavor. Enjoy!
