You didn’t think we would leave you without a couple recipes, did you? Now that you are a believer, you will surely appreciate these!
#1: The Basics
You will need:
Mix 1 tbs of oats with 3 tbs of warm water. Wait 5-10 minutes, or until oats soften. Once they are soft, massage the paste on your face, using a circular motion. Do this for 1-2 minutes, before rinsing with cool warm water. Finally, give your face a splash of cold water—this ensures that the pores are closed!
You can also do this simple recipe using warm milk.
#2: The Nourisher
You will need:
Use 1 tbs of each ingredient, except for the rolled oats—you will need 2 tbs.
Mix all together and let sit in the bowl for 5-10 minutes to allow it all to soften. Gently massage the paste on your face for 1-2 minutes. Follow the same instructions as above!
This recipe will not only help you to exfoliate, but soften and moisturize.
