Smoothie of the Month: Kale & Blue

Ready to drink up both your greens AND antioxidants? This month’s smoothie is called Kale & Blue for none other than kale and blueberries. Both are packed with antioxidants and the kale will give you a kick of green. Great way to start your day!

The Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
