What’s great about the homemade foot bath recipe we swear by is that it’s all-natural, inexpensive and so simple. Give it a try – your feet will thank you!
All you need is ½ cup of Epsom salt and a large bowl of hot water. Yes, that’s really it! Unless you want to kick in some aromatherapy, which we don’t discourage. In that case, mix a few drops of essential oil into your Epsom salt foot bath. We like lavender, but the choice is yours – use your favorite for your foot bath, or go with what you have onhand.
Once you let the salt dissolve, just stick your feet in and soak it up for as long as you’d like. Epsom salt is an anti-inflammatory and softens and exfoliates the skin.
